Induction

My bed was so warm this morning and I did not want to get out of it.  Especially cause the room was quite chilly!  But don't you worry.  I got out of bed and headed into the city for my 10 am non-academic induction meeting.  I met up with the group I was yesterday and we had a big meeting with all the other international students.  There's probably about 150 of us I would say.  A good sized group.  They had people from all different departments on campus come and talk to us and tell us the services that are offered.  There's a medical clinic, sports, clubs, library, counseling, etc.  Typical college campus stuff!  It was a very informational meeting.  Then we went on a tour of the Kevin Street Campus and the Aungier Street Campus.  It was kind of pointless because there were so many of us and we basically just walked all over the place but could have done it on our own.  But it's fine.  It was still nice.  I caught the bus home and arrived about 4 pm.  Once again, tired.  Nikki was a doll and made us a wonderful dinner tonight!  We had chicken, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, mushed peas, vegetable mixture and fruit with yogurt and honey for dessert!  It was so delicious!  Once again, I seriously have no idea how I got SO LUCKY to be here.  I just love it!  After dinner we all cleaned up and then we had a little family home evening with the three of us, which was so sweet!  Then we watched Princess and the Frog!  Another wonderful day here in Ireland.  What a blessed life this is.  A couple little issues today, but nothing that can't be worked through.  My phone stopped working a few days ago, but I called T-Mobile and got it all sorted through!  Phew.  And my knee started hurting last night and today it continues to hurt.  Hopefully it gets better.  Cause it's one of those pains that I know isn't good.  It's bad.  But I'm sure it'll be grand!  Right?  It will.  Oh! I gave away a mormon.org card today!  Yahoo!
