Phoenix Park

January 17, 2015 Saturday

Well, I think I am officially Irish.  Today I bought an Irish blow dryer and hair straightener.  So, I think that makes me official, yea?  ;)

Stephen, a friend from the YSA group, picked me up late this morning and we went on a walk through Phoenix Park! The park was beautiful!  It’s a huge park here that is right by the city center and there’s people everywhere and it’s amazing!

Stephen somehow got some Cheetos from the states!  So we snacked on those today!  Yummy. We went for burritos in the city center at this place called Boojum.  Everybody here LOVES it so much!  It’s inspired by the typical American burrito place.  So, for me, it wasn’t anything fancy at all, but it was still super yummy and we had a good time.  I just find it hilarious that they all love it so much and to me it is like whatever.  So funny! Anyways, after we had burritos we hung out with a group from the YSA.  It was a fun night, we all just talked and hung out and ate junk food.

I got a lift (that’s what they call rides here) home from hanging out with the YSA and went right to sleep!  Nice day.

If I do anything wrong, I know who will rescue me!  Glad to know where he lives.  Haha!

SO BEAUTIFUL!  Everywhere!

I mean.  I'm American.  So this whole km/h thing just goes right over my head.  And when I speak in miles and such.  They all look at me like I'm from another planet.

Random something.  Don't ask me what it is.  Because I don't know.  But it was tall and cool and in IRELAND!  Yahoo.

Oh how I LOVE it here.  I love everything about being here!

The tall thing.  That I don't know what it is.

A Donkey!  In Ireland!  So cool.
